Refund & Cancellation Policy

We work hard to make DigitalAkki programs worth every rupee. Still, we recognize that plans change. This policy explains how cancellations, transfers, and refunds are handled across our bootcamps, mentorship cohorts, and digital products.

1. General Guidelines

  • Every enrollee receives onboarding details, curriculum, and mentor access on payment confirmation.
  • Because the content is digital and intellectual in nature, we do not offer “no questions asked” refunds.
  • Refunds are considered only when the eligibility terms below are met, and when a written request is submitted within the defined timeline.

2. Cohort & Mentorship Programs

  • Before the program start: 100% refund (minus payment gateway charges) when requested at least 5 days before kickoff.
  • After kickoff (Week 1): 50% refund if you attended less than two live sessions and submit a reason within 7 days.
  • After Week 1: No refunds because resources, mentor allocations, and cohort seats are already committed.
  • You may request a one-time deferment to the next cohort instead of a refund, subject to availability.

3. Workshops, Webinars & Digital Templates

These items are delivered instantly, so all sales are final. If you experience technical issues accessing the material, we will resend or grant alternate access at no additional cost.

4. Payment Plans & EMI

  • Defaulting on scheduled installments pauses platform access until dues are cleared.
  • Any approved refund is processed only after outstanding installments are settled.
  • EMI processing fees charged by banks or fintech partners are non-refundable.

5. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email hello@digitalakki.com from your registered address.
  2. Share payment reference, enrolled program, and a short explanation.
  3. Our finance desk responds within 3 business days and processes eligible refunds within 7-10 business days.

6. Exceptional Cases

Medical emergencies, duplicate payments, or incorrect charges are reviewed individually. Provide supporting documents so we can resolve the case quickly.
